We are located in the province of Siena, on one of the most beautiful ridges of the Valdichiana, in an open and panoramic position. The 360° view allows you to sweep with your gaze over all the villages around and the location is strategic, 5 km from the highway exit, 5 from Montepulciano, 15 from Pienza and Cortona, 25 from Montalcino.

The property consists mainly of two farmhouses and two swimming pools. There are also other structures currently used for janitor's quarters, bottling and sale of typical products. In this article we present in detail the "smaller" residence, which is currently used as an accommodation facility but can also be used as a civilian home.

The owner immediately dedicated himself to the restoration of the property, with very fine details and details.

The beams of the ceiling of the hall on the ground floor are the original ones from the 1100s, recovered from the remaking from the ancient roof of the Cathedral of Montepulciano, then restored and installed. Also on the hall we find an imposing hearth that, in other times, would have served to heat the entire structure. Today it is mainly used to accompany dinners with friends during the Christmas vacations. Also on the ground floor are: a bar corner and an industrial kitchen.

The 5 rooms hide a mini kitchen inside, a real privilege for those who want to enjoy breakfast in their rooms. 

Most of the interior furnishings are made entirely by the owner's carpenter's shop and reflect typical Tuscan craftsmanship and mastery. Some decorations come instead from America and Russia, such as the canopies on the rooms.

All the interior walls have been painted using the rag-painting technique. On the outside, however, typical local stone reigns.

The pool is truly extraordinary and overlooks a unique panorama. This pool has a special feature: it incorporates within it a rock that no one had been able to extract from the ground. After several attempts it turned out to be the head of the hill and so the pool was built, entirely by hand, around it. The sound of the water, combined with the rustling of the trees, creates an unusual feeling of relaxation and allows for total regeneration. 

Outside there are: a typical wood-burning oven, a very comfortable barbecue area, a mini volleyball court.

The fencing walls, made using the stones obtained from the initial reclamation, delimit the nearly 50 hectares of land divided between: arable, forest and olive grove. The latter number about 1,800 and are in full production: the oil produced from them is organic of great quality. The property is surrounded mostly by woods and the very first houses are at least 1 kilometer away. Peace and tranquility reign here. An ideal place for those who enjoy a summer stay in a typical Tuscan farmhouse.
